CitiWide Harm Reduction expands Sunday Drop-in Center Syringe Exchange Program Hours through generous support from the MAC AIDS Fund, becoming the only 7-day-a-week harm reduction program in New York State- and dramatically  increasing access to proven HIV and hepatitis C prevention in the South Bronx.

CitiWide Harm Reduction offers a safe place for homeless and unstably housed drug users, including services such as syringe access, overdose/HIV/Hep C prevention groups, rapid HIV testing, connection to care, a warm meal, and even a shower or laundry.
